What We're Looking For

Required

  • Michigan Health Insurance License: Candidates must hold an active Michigan health insurance license or be able to obtain one prior to beginning employment. Any offer of employment may be withdrawn if the candidate is unable to obtain the required Michigan license or cannot provide satisfactory proof that a license application has been submitted and is expected to issue prior to the hire date.
  • Minimum 2 years of health insurance sales experience, either with an insurance carrier, agency, brokerage, or individual sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ACA/Marketplace health insurance sales experience
