Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Health Insurance Broker Trainee, where you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the best health insurance solutions tailored to their needs. We will train you as a Marketplace Health Insurance broker to help our clients find affordable health plans that best meet their needs. The person in the role should be a self-starter ready to jump in and learn this role with enthusiasm. You will be an important part of our team where we continually share new ideas and work together to improve things for our business and our clients.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining plan benefits, answering questions, and assisting clients with insurance enrollment while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Marketplace regulations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ needs to recommend suitable insurance products that align with their health requirements and financial situations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients across diverse communities.
  • Share in the responsibility of appointment scheduling and answering phones.

Requirements

  • No insurance experience needed! We will train you and pay all the costs to get you licensed.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proven history of reliability and professionalism in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security is a plus.
