Coral Gables Trust Company is based in South Florida, specializing in Trust & Estate Administration, Wealth Management, and Financial Planning services. We are located in Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach.

Our services include Trust & Estate Services, Investment Management, Directed Trusts, Special Needs Trust, Financial Planning, Escrow Services, Cash Management, and Estate Settlement Services.

Primary Responsibilities of Wealth Advisor

The Wealth Advisor primarily works out of the Palm Beach office and reports to the Chief Wealth Advisor, drawing support from the Investment Management, Trust & Estate, and Financial Planning professional teams at Coral Gables Trust.

  1. Develop new client relationships by introducing Coral Gables Trust Company, which puts clientsโ€™ interests first, makes decisions promptly (HQ locally), is a fiduciary (asset-based fees), open architecture, and Multi-Family Office Services.
  2. Participate at a leadership level with key community and professional organizations, recognized social and business leaders, as well as Circle of Influences to generate referrals.
  3. Quarterback existing relationships internally and source prospective client opportunities by networking and obtaining referrals.
  4. Build a strong and growing sales pipeline. Collaborates with the Coral Gables Trust Company's team to close qualified opportunities and assist in preparation of top-level client presentations.
  5. Seek opportunities to generate positive public awareness and brand Coral Gables Trust Company in the marketplace.
  6. Communicate current economic and market conditions and basic investment and trust strategies and solutions to prospective clients.
  7. Take a leadership role as part of the client relationship management team in anticipating the clientโ€™s needs as determined through regular client interaction, and an interest, and ability to listen and have a sincere interest in clientsโ€™ needs and desires.
  8. Learn high-level strategies, investment options and services.
  9. Use and embrace the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and other client advisory and sales programs.
