Job description

Insight Global is seeking to hire multiple Licensed Insurance Sales Agents.


As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling ACA products and programs to potential and existing customers over the phone or online. You will also educate and assist customers with their Medicare enrollment and eligibility, and provide excellent customer service and support.


This is an onsite position, working in an office setting.


Locations:

We are hiring for 3 locations: Tampa (33607), Plantation (33324) and West Palm Beach (33409). 


Schedule:

Regular Season: Monday - Friday in office; Monday 9-7pm, Tuesday - Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9-1:30pm 


Busy Season: Expect 10-14 hour days Monday - Friday, overtime provided for any hours worked over 40 hours per week


Compensation:

Hourly rate of $21.33/hour + commissions (uncapped). Average OTE of top performers is approximately $130,00-$150,000 annual.


Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Contact and follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources
  •  Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their budget, preferences, and health status
  •  Assist customers with the ACA enrollment process and answer any questions or concerns they may have
  •  Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
  •  Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  •  Attend regular training sessions and meetings
  •  Call prospective as well as existing clients to review Medicare health insurance plans
  •  Represent leading insurance carriers with strong financial stability
  •  Provide client with best solution based upon immediate need and budgetary concerns
  •  Create an easy and enjoyable experience for all clients


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Sales experience (ACA or Medicare sales experience is preferred) 
  • Hold an active Health insurance License (Licensed in multiple states preferred)
  • Positive Attitude, Self-Motivation, and Confidence, Ability to quickly Learn and Adapt
  • Effective verbal communication skills, both in-person and via phone
