The role of Mental Health Counselor is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your own home or preferred workspace. As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborating with clients to establish attainable therapeutic goals and providing ongoing support and guidance to help them navigate their journeys.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and therapeutic connections with clients during remote sessions.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a genuine understanding of clients' experiences and challenges.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective management of therapy sessions and meticulous documentation.

Candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or working in community health settings will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and virtual practice management tools will also be beneficial in streamlining your workflow.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists who join our network. The benefits package includes:
