Provide front desk administrative support to Health Services clinics. Answer phones, schedule appointments, check in and check out patients, collect payments, scan documents and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be a currently enrolled student at USC Upstate. First year students not eligible to apply, sophomores and juniors with major in Community Health or Health Informatics are preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and complete HIPPA training. Work study eligible students are preferred. Must have prior professional work experience (healthcare setting is preferred). Two references required. One of the references should be from current faculty/staff.
