Job Title
Sales, Sales Executive - Cardiology Informatics (Midwest)
Job Description
As the Sales Executive, Cardiology Informatics you will be responsible for selling our Cardiology Informatics Portfolio into existing and new Health Systems, Imaging centers, and Office-Based Labs in your assigned territory. Working closely with the cardiology clinical and technical specialists' team as needed.
Your role:
  • Research targeted accounts in your territory to gain knowledge on their existing cardiology solutions regarding potential opportunities to upgrade and/or replace existing products with Philips solutions, including interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology, and advanced visualization
  • In collaboration with your team: Regional Sales Executives, Clinical and technical specialists, and Hybrid Sales Executives (if applicable), create unique strategies for growing your business and meeting your Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Be able to present and articulate our Philips Cardiology Informatics story, Build, cultivate and leverage relationships in your targeted accounts to drive and uncover upgrade and net new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Build relationships with your Philips co-selling colleagues across other businesses including but not limited to Image Guided Therapy, Cardiac Ultrasound, and Patient Monitoring.
  • Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing competitive replacement targets, account standardization plans, targeted accounts current contracts, accounts needs & strategies, understanding our solutions, leveraging our install base, and execution of a strategic plan to grow Philips Cardiology Informatics footprint.

You're the right fit if:
  • Four-year college degree minimum. 5+ years of Hospital/IDN Field Sales experience calling on the Clinical and C-Suite level personnel including Imaging Informatics departments
  • Strong understanding of cardiology workflow in either/both interventional cardiology including hemodynamic monitoring as well as non-invasive cardiology
  • Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated customer follow-up, Demonstrated aptitude selling IT portfolio solutions preferably in the Cardiology Informatics space.
  • Effective experience leading account teams and influencing a team without direct authority. Experience selling into accounts characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $252,000 to $300,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
