We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated EHR Education and Optimization Specialist. This position serves as HHM Health's organizational leader for electronic health record education, workflow optimization, provider adoption, documentation excellence, and system performance improvement. This position is responsible for ensuring that eClinicalWorks (eCW) supports HHM Health's mission, strategic priorities, quality initiatives, operational goals, and patient care objectives through effective training, workflow design, implementation support, and continuous optimization.

Location: Dallas (5750 Pineland Dr. Texas 75231)

Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:

  • Develop and deliver EHR training programs for providers and staff to ensure effective use of the electronic health record system and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Design and manage organizational training initiatives, including onboarding, continuing education, competency validation, and professional development programs.
  • Create andmaintaintraining materials, user guides, workflow documentation, and educational resources to support learning and system adoption.
  • Assess andoptimizeclinical and operational workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, patient care, and documentation accuracy.
  • Support provider onboarding and ongoing optimization efforts byidentifyingopportunities to improve provider performance, satisfaction, and EHRutilization.
  • Maintain EHR governance standards through template management, documentation standardization, workflow consistency, and coordination of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Lead and support super user programs and quality improvement initiatives that promote best practices, user engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools tomonitorperformance, supportcomplianceand regulatory requirements,identifyimprovement opportunities, and drive informed decision-making.

What you need to succeed

To be a productive member of our team, you will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be a self-starter, the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and the ability to preserve confidentiality. You will also have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Informatics, Nursing, Public Health, Information Systems, Business Administration, Education, ora relatedfield.
  • Minimum three years of experience working with eClinicalWorks and supporting EHR-related processes and workflows.
  • At least two years of healthcare training experience, including staff education, onboarding, and competency development.
  • Experience supporting provider workflows andoptimizingclinical documentation and operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in conducting training sessions, educating staff, and developing userproficiencyin healthcare systems.
  • Experience working in ambulatory healthcare settings with an understanding of outpatient clinical operations and patient care workflows.
  • Preferred experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), HEDIS measures, UDS reporting, HRSA requirements, and population health initiatives.
  • Additionalpreferred qualifications include project management experience,a clinicalbackground, and Health Informatics certification.
