Project Coordinator

The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our contracts team's leadership. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like JIRA and SharePoint and regular interactions with project managers, analysts, and customers.

The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with IT program and project management
  • Experience with project management processes, including creation of project charters, templates, and schedules
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and commonly used tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience providing support to organizational and administrative efforts
  • Experience with business planning, organizing and coordinating program milestones, key activities, and efforts
  • Experience preparing and staffing briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
