Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, 8:00am- 4:30pm.
Summary:
The Ambulatory Business and Performance Analyst provides integrated operational, financial, and data analytics support for ambulatory services. This role supports performance improvement, quality initiatives, and business operations through advanced data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. The Analyst partners with the Ambulatory Operations Leadership team to evaluate performance trends, support budgeting and forecasting, optimize patient access and resource utilization, and enhance quality outcomes. This role ensures data integrity, supports regulatory reporting, and contributes to efficient, patient-centered care delivery.

Required: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, including but not limited to:
- Allied Health
- Health Informatics
- Health Information Management
- Nursing (including clinical or quality-focused nursing backgrounds)
- Public Health
- Clinical Data, Healthcare Analytics, or related discipline
OR
- Active License in a Clinic field with an Associate degree in a health-related field (e.g., Health Information Management, Nursing)
Experience:
Required: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Healthcare data analysis or clinical data management
- Quality improvement or performance improvement
- Ambulatory or outpatient operations
- Clinical nursing with quality, outcomes, or data-focused responsibilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and database management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: Experience with:
- Financial and budget analysis
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data extraction and reporting
- Ambulatory scheduling systems and workflow optimization
- Data visualization and presentation to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
- Experience supporting quality improvement committees or initiatives
Credentials (Licensures, Certifications, and Registries):
Preferred:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, for candidates with a nursing background
- Active license for all clinical backgrounds.
- Certifications in healthcare quality, data, or process improvement, such as:
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Clinical or health data analytics certifications
