HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources guidance and support for their assigned region. This includes administration of all Human Resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements. The Human Resources Manager must lead by example, adhering to all policies and procedures and actively carry out VitalCore’s mission, vision, and values through their daily actions.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work related experience in Human Resources. 
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employee relations, labor law, and administrative HR processes.
  • Experience working in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS software preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other software.

  •  Full-Time, Salary, Monday - Friday
