Job description

Serve as a Resilience and Performance Coach supporting a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany, delivering resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team. Performance-focused, not traditional outpatient behavioral health.

Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). We are recruiting U.S.-based LCSWs ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support provided.

Compensation: Base salary $102,000 to $114,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living support, home-leave, relocation, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, which can meaningfully improve after-tax take-home (eligibility varies; consult a tax advisor).

What you will do:

  • Deliver resilience and performance-focused programming and consultation
  • Brief, evidence-based intervention and referral coordination
  • Support crisis response, personnel recovery, and reintegration
  • Partner with operational psychology and human-performance staff

What you need:

  • Master's in Social Work (CSWE-accredited)
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license
  • Behavioral health, resilience, or performance experience
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany

Preferred: military/veteran/operational populations; performance psychology; active U.S. security clearance.
