This is an opportunity for a driven, collaborative professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and contributing to projects that directly impact healthcare environments and patient care.

Our healthcare project management team partners with clients to guide complex projects through planning, design, construction, and occupancy. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support healthcare projects from pre-construction through closeout, collaborating closely with senior project leaders, clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
How You'll Contribute
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare design and construction projects across multiple phases
  • Assist with project-specific tasks to help meet client goals, schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations
  • Support pre-construction planning activities, conceptual design analysis, and project documentation efforts
  • Coordinate and review architectural and engineering drawings, bid documents, and consultant deliverables
  • Assist with contract administration activities and support the preparation of contracts, addenda, and project documentation
  • Help manage permitting coordination and support project teams through regulatory approval processes
  • Participate in meetings with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to review project progress and resolve issues
  • Maintain project tracking logs, open item lists, schedules, and budget documentation
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, including maintaining web-based project controls and reporting tools
  • Observe construction progress and document field conditions, project updates, and safety-related observations
  • Support project closeout activities and transition planning efforts
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on problem-solving, accountability, and client service excellence

The target base annual salary range for this role is currently $70,000-$110,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, candidate abilities, and pay relative to other team members.
