Job Description

InVita Healthcare Technologies, a leading provider of software solutions to the healthcare industry, seeks a Product Marketing Specialist in our Baltimore, MD office. We are looking for an experienced product marketer and writer to clearly convey the story of our products and their benefits.ย  This role will be responsible for developing product messaging strategy across all channels and persona, as well as marketing plans for new product launches. Candidates should have a background in B2B marketing and samples of high-quality content for technology products and features. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.ย 

Responsibilities

  • Align with Product and Sales teams on strategy and messaging
  • Write content to educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits
  • Write content to create demand for products
  • Create content to convey the benefits of our products to various audiences in sales enablement and other documents, product videos, blog posts, email campaigns, and the website
  • Support the go-to-market plan with relevant product content creation
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
  • Research assigned topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert, conducting interviews and obtaining quotes as needed
  • Participate in a weekly meeting with the marketing team and others as needed
  • Assist with writing/content requests as directed
Qualifications

Minimum Required Skill Set

  • Past experience in product marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a collaborative, cross-team capacity, and also independently
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with extremely good follow-up
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience creating content that aligns with company style and brand guidelines
  • Excellent writer (have sample links ready)
  • Excellent oral communication skills (including in-person, phone, and email)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO content, Google Analytics
