Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Intern to join our growing team in Pryor, OK!
We are seeking a driven, curious, and collaborative student to join our Summer Internship Program as an Employee Benefits Intern! This hands-on experience is designed to help you build real-world skills, contribute to meaningful work, and gain insight into a dynamic and growing industry.
How You Will Contribute:
  • Work with dedicated teams to train, receive daily work assignments, ask questions, etc.
  • Support B&B operations through ad-hoc data analysis projects.
  • Involvement in a variety of activities such as marketing, policy review, client renewal presentations, and onsite client meetings as available.
  • Attend enterprise-wide webinars and trainings from various leaders and stakeholders focused on building and refining skills surrounding professional business acumen.
  • Opportunity to meet and work alongside a variety of students from varying schools.
  • Networking challenges - creating opportunities to connect with professionals across departments and build meaningful relationships with peers and mentors.
  • Collaborate on a real-world project and present strategic recommendations to leadership with other fellow interns.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:
