Join a team that values clinical excellence, flexibility, and patient-centered care while helping individuals improve mobility and achieve their highest level of function in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations?start of cares
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Address strength, balance, gait, endurance, and mobility deficits
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, and exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active California PT license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
  • Current physical exam and TB test
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Business license
