Who We're Looking For:

Healey Brothers is currently hiring a call center representative in our corporate office centralized Business Development Center. This employee's key role will consist of answering incoming calls in our centralized business development center and setting sales and service appointments for customers, providing a word class experience to all our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience of corporate/business experience and handling high volume calls. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Details About This Position:

This position is a Full Time and Hourly position. It sits on site at our Healey Brothers Inc Corporate Office in Goshen, NY. The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift. Compensation will reflect the ideal candidate's experience.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • 1+ years of experience of corporate/business experience handling phone calls preferred
  • Dealership BDC experience preferred
  • Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
  • Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Dealership experience is a plus
  • Must have the ability to pass background check

What You Will Do:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule a service appointment
  • Confirms next day scheduled appointments booked 48+ hours ago
  • Contacts customers to re-schedule “no-show" customer appointments
  • Contacts customers regarding special order parts, incomplete recalls, complimentary services, next service
  • Follows up with customers via telephone, email and mailings after service regarding their satisfaction
  • Strives to resolve issues between customers and dealership
  • Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards
  • Purify and update customer changes in database
  • Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries)
  • Contacts internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule a service appointment
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Set appointments
  • Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
  • Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
  • Meet specified monthly targets and goals
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
