Apprentice to Headhunter for the Online Marketing Industry Intern Please note, this position is COMMISSION ONLY. However, the commission structure is very generous and someone in this position can expect to be making at least a 3-4 thousand dollars a month after the first few months. It is also a mostly remote position.

Candidate must reside in Denver and meet with us at least a few times per week. COMPANY DESCRIPTION www.3littlebirdsinteractive.com 3 Little Birds Interactive, LLC is the boutique recruiting agency for the online marketing industry. We focus exclusively on helping online marketing and advertising companies staff their companies.

The client list over the past few months has grown too large for us to handle and we seek a dedicated and determined individual to apprentice and train to become the best of the best! The first month or so will mainly be shadowing the headhunter and learning about the online marketing industry. As a recruiter for 3 Little Birds Interactive, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting needs for the agencies sales online marketing clients.

This position is Commission only and Remote (work from home). This role is open to anyone, but especially to anyone who wants to make extra money, learn an in demand trade, and get into the online marketing industry! It is a perfect opportunity for stay at home moms, students, and as an extra income.

Full-time dedication is ideal and would be considered over other situations. Responsibilities Source, screen, interview and present high candidates acoording to available positions contracted with the agency Collaborate with agency owner, to consult on best recruiting practices, build partnerships and ensure hiring needs are met Continually reinforce 3 Little Birds Interactive's brand and culture in the recruiting strategy Update Managers on a weekly basis on the status of openings and coverage Maintain and document candidate information within the designated 3 Little Birds recruitment process Proactively develop sourcing strategies and networking to continually build a strong candidate pipeline for positions Monitor and manage openings on a consistent basis to determine appropriate recruiting resources and coverage needed Build candidate relations to provide a total consumer experience that attracts and sells even the most passive candidates Qualifications 1+ year experience recruiting experience in an agency or fast-pace start-up environment is a huge plus Preferred experience in the online marketing/advertising and/or Affiliate Marketing Industries Must be assertive, comfortable taking initiative and following up with candidates and agency to get the job done Must be able to work independently, strong work ethic and passion for recruiting and detective work Ability to shift gears quickly and create an immediate impact on recruiting Attention to detail, excellent organization skills and consistent follow up is essential Interested candidates should send cover letter and resume to resumes@3littlebirdsinteractive.com or apply directly online. #J-18808-Ljbffr
