Summary
Sets tables with appropriate place settings in accordance with the proper meal period. Removes all dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware in the dining room areas and delivers them to the assigned dish washing area in the kitchen. Through teamwork, assists other members of department in achieving departmental vision and goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding service with a smile to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follows proper steps of service as designated for each individual outlet. Assists Servers as needed.
  • Performs table maintenance of members and guests during their dining experience and the proper resetting of tables upon their departure.
  • Sets-up and breaks-down banquet tables, chairs, head tables, display tables, theme decorations, and other equipment as requested.
  • Greets members and guests in all areas of the Club and dining rooms with a warm smile, eye contact, and member last name.
  • Keeps busy at all times with opening/closing side work and running side work. Follows opening/closing side work procedures.
  • Responsible for reading and understanding daily topic sheets as well as weekly updates and culinary corners posted in service stations.
  • Displays teamwork and doing whatever it takes for members and guests and coworkers.
  • Assists wait staff in carrying food to dining room and other tasks as requested.
  • Stocks supplies for the service areas as needed throughout shift.
