As the Head of ERM, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could potentially impact our company's strategic objectives and business goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies and processes that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks, including strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Collaborate with business units to align risk management strategies with business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Provide risk management advice and training to business units to promote a risk-aware culture.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
  • Lead risk assessment and scenario analysis exercises.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, on risk management matters.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in Risk Management are preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and other related IT systems.
