Sodexo is seeking an exceptional Global Head, Client Finance to lead the financial and commercial performance of one of our most strategic global client accounts. This is not a traditional finance role-this is an opportunity to influence strategy, shape partnerships, and drive real business transformation across a complex, multi-region environment.

What You'll Do

Commercial & Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a highly client-facing partner, demonstrating executive presence while proactively managing client relationships, stewarding financial investments, and delivering solutions that support business objectives.
  • Lead the global commercial and financial strategy for the account
  • Drive mobilization, transformation, and contract optimization initiatives
  • Design and enhance commercial frameworks and financial models to maximize value while mitigating risk
  • Ensure delivery is fully aligned with contractual commitments and overarching strategic priorities

Financial Performance & Insight

  • Own end-to-end financial performance across revenue, margin, and cash flow
  • Deliver clear, consistent, decision-ready reporting aligned with GSA standards
  • Generate actionable insights to improve performance and inform senior leadership decisions
  • Ensure achievement of savings targets and fulfillment of contractual obligations

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Establish and uphold strong financial governance, controls, and compliance practices
  • Oversee tax, treasury, and accounting structures across the account
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting in close partnership with regional teams

Operational Excellence

  • Standardize and optimize global financial processes
  • Align systems, tools, and reporting with contractual and operational requirements
  • Embed best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency
