What You'll Be Doing:

  • Teaching swim lessons using our proven curriculum
  • Cheering on kids as they learn and grow in the water
  • Making lessons fun, safe, and memorable
  • Talking with parents and teammates with confidence and positivity
  • Keeping things on time and organized
  • Pitching in with simple cleanup tasks to keep the place looking great

What We are Looking For:

  • Confident swimmer (you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete!)
  • Great with kids and love working with them
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and great communication
  • Reliable and on-time
  • Physically able to lift 30 lbs, climb out of the pool, and work in warm water for 4–5 hours
