How we do what we do:

At the heart of our success are our exceptional employees, whose talent, passion, and dedication fuel the growth and profitability of our company. As a next-generation SaaS platform, we deliver core lending infrastructure that empowers mid-market and large lenders to operate more efficiently, quickly, and effectively. Our cloud-native solution helps clients streamline operations, enhance organization, and drive unparalleled performance in their lending processes.

What you own:

The Head of Partnerships Success is a high-impact, customer-facing leader representing the "best-of-the-best" LoanPro has to offer. This role is primarily dedicated to ensuring the long-term success, technical health, and growth of Partnership clients. Beyond partnership management, this individual serves as the organization's premier technical "Swat Team" resource, stepping into high-stakes, escalated client accounts to lead short-term technical projects. Whether stabilizing a partner or course-correcting an escalated enterprise client, this individual acts as a master solutionist, builder, and project manager to move clients into a position of stability and success.

  • Partner Stewardship: Primary technical point of contact for Partnership clients, ensuring their unique ecosystems are optimized and high-performing.
  • Escalation Intervention: Act as the lead resource for "Red Accounts" or escalated clients, taking ownership of short-term technical "rescue" projects to stabilize the account and improve the client's health.
  • Strategic Solutioning: Collaborate with Solution Consultants and CSMs to design and architect complex solutions that leverage the LoanPro platform to meet specific partner business goals.
  • Technical Project Management: Lead high-intensity, short-term technical sprints for escalated clients, moving them from a state of friction to a "better spot" through rapid requirement gathering and execution.
  • Advocacy & Feedback: Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate unique partner needs and common escalation themes to drive platform-wide improvements.
  • Upselling & Requirements: Support the expansion of Partnership accounts by identifying technical opportunities for upselling and building out new requirement sets.
  • Documentation: Create detailed technical architecture diagrams, solution design specs, and integration guides specifically tailored for complex partner integrations.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a technical mentor for the Success team, sharing best practices learned from high-stakes escalations to prevent future account friction.
  • In-Office Collaboration: An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. (Hybrid after training/ramp period)

What you need for success:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Lead TSM), with at least 2+ years specifically in the lending or fintech space.
  • Crisis Management: Proven track record of managing escalated enterprise clients and turning around "at-risk" accounts through technical intervention.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in APIs, JSON payloads, and database queries is a must. Ability to read and troubleshoot code is required.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to consult with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders to align business objectives with technical architecture.
  • Project Leadership: Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead short-term, high-pressure projects to completion.
  • Communication: Exceptional facilitation and consulting skills; ability to explain complex technical "fixes" to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
  • Influence: Ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions (Sales, Product, Engineering) to resolve partner issues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Benefits of the Role:

  • 80% Medical/Dental
  • PTO and Holiday Schedule
  • HSA and 401K Match
  • Wellness Rewards and EAP
