The Global Head of SPM Services leader will be responsible for all business operations associated with SAP Consulting, recurring services, and ongoing customer service /customer support. The leader will be responsible for growing SAP’s services revenue, while continuing to improve margin contributionand software renewals.

This role will lead an organization of approximately 100+ employees with a revenue target and cloud revenue target that delivers a simple to consume adoption and consumption portfolio, driving cloud success and customer outcomes.

As the Global Head of SPM Services, key responsibilities include:

Create and execute aGlobalservicesportfolio and GTMto drivecloudgrowth, bestpracticesand margin increase.

Establish a culture of collaboration within the businesses.

Work with other Market Unit leaders and Service Sales counterparts to ensure organizationalobjectivesand metrics are met (inclusive of Bookings, Revenue, Profit,Utilization, Innovation, Client Satisfaction).

Drive/Support implementation pursuits within cross disciplinary teams.

Accurately forecast revenue forassociatedbusiness portfolio.

Drive the business planning process, integrating all regional customer-facing functions: sales, delivery, partners, solution support, and professional services.

Responsible for mentorship and development of internal talent to ensure a robust succession bench.

Responsible and accountable for driving the development and execution of allRegionalbusiness plan, and ensuring that P&L performance targets for the LOB are met and exceeded for profit/contribution and all applicable revenue streams: license, consulting, training, maintenance & hosting

Work with other Market Unit leaders and Service Sales counterparts to ensure organizationalobjectivesand metrics are met (inclusive of Bookings, Revenue, Profit,Utilization, Innovation, Client Satisfaction).

15+ years of professional workexperience ofworking in a services delivery.

Experience in or with Solution Development, Development Operations.

Cloud product knowledge across Solutions/Tools applicable across Buying Centers.

Demonstrated large globalprojectand program management skills.

Experience working within a highly matrixed, global organization and with multicultural teams of experts.

Strategic vision and ability to translate business solutions and opportunities into strategies and actions.

Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients,peersand team members.

Language requirements: Fluency in English, any other language an asset. Fluency in the language of local marketsdesirable.

Education requirements:Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent accreditationrequired;Master’s Degreeor MBA Preferred.
