We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee plant maintenance operations and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production equipment and facility systems. This individual will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel while managing day-to-day activities and priorities.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
Support equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and capital investment projects.

Ensure compliance with company safety standards, food manufacturing regulations, and quality requirements.
