Head of Maintenance-Plant OperationsPosition Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee plant maintenance operations and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production equipment and facility systems. This individual will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel while managing day-to-day activities and priorities.

  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.

  • Support equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and capital investment projects.

  • Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, food manufacturing regulations, and quality requirements.

  • Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, and procurement activities.

  • Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency and minimize disruptions.

  • Facilitate maintenance review meetings and track progress on corrective actions and improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, procedures, work instructions, and equipment documentation.

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts through root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and process optimization.
