Job Description
TRICK 3D's Head of Accounts owns the client relationships for existing TRICK 3D and Floorplan Revolution projects. This person is able to zoom out to develop strategy and create long-range plans, and zoom back in to guide each detail and ensure proper execution. As a senior point of contact for the studio's clients, the Head of Accounts oversees the studio's production, art and development teams to ensure successful project execution and successful client experiences.
We seek a Head of Accounts who expertly and successfully manages teams with diverse skill sets, understands the demands of production, is results-oriented and who is hyper-focused on ensuring successful client engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of project and client management and the ability to anticipate client needs while juggling multiple accounts, tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Works to generate growth within existing accounts while developing new Fortune 500 brand relationships.
  • Demonstrates ability to quickly and effectively lead, scope, and generate accurate and timely proposals (bids) with experience reviewing and negotiating client contracts, MSAs and SOWs.
  • Serves as the a trusted adviser and day-to-day contact on key client accounts to provide comprehensive project updates while anticipating and addressing client concerns before they happen; Point person in delivering client communication, detailed next steps, invoices, and expert in understanding and communicating overall client satisfaction back to team.
  • Strong management skills applied to managing department leads (production, art, development).
  • Maintains weekly reports on lead, bid and project statuses.
  • Maintains weekly reporting on project actuals.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to keeping up with key industry trends and connecting dots on how our work and our clients fits within that landscape.
  • Expertly wields knowledge of immersive mediums, including VR and AR.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years experience working in a digital, product, production or creative agency with a proven track record of developing, implementing and managing digital campaigns for major brands.
  • Experience in and ability to compile and populate profitable yet competitive scopes of work, RFPs and bids.
  • Aptitude for discussing new tech mediums (namely AR, VR and MR) and digital assets and how they apply to solve problems and generate ROI.
  • Aptitude for multitasking and exercising independent judgment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple client and new business needs at once.
  • A proven track record growing clients through direct client interaction.
  • An insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn (and listen).
  • Mostly in-studio work, with some travel for business development purposes.
  • Strong project management skills using software to keep all moving parts in tandem. Function Point experience a value-add.
  • Strong team management skills.
