Job description

We are looking for a Program Manager who will focus on timely execution of Omni Design's projects, and will be responsible for working with our global engineering team as well as our customers. You will program manage the full life cycle of projects from the start, through implementation, customer releases, and validation. In this role you will be the communication liaison across different engineering teams, track schedules, assess risks and with customers on specific projects. You will also be responsible for planning future project timelines in collaboration with the engineering and sales team.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams of analog and digital design, validation, and system definition
  • Schedule, coordinate and track resources and milestones to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Interface with customers and external vendors for specific programs and projects
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally and with leadership to create and develop best practices in a dynamic environment
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships internally and externally
  • Influence others across the company to remain focused on desired outcomes
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor related technical program management
  • Strong technical skills, involving problem solving and root cause analysis in a pressured environment
  • Interpersonal skills of leadership, project management, communication, influencing and negotiation
  • Ability to simultaneously work with multiple partners and engineering teams
  • Experience guiding the full design cycle for complex mixed-signal designs
  • Experience with the full-ownership of design and project tracking metrics
  • Technical experience in analog or digital design
