Job Overview

The Head of Channel is an executive leader responsible for setting the vision and strategy for Socure’s channel and partner ecosystem. This role drives joint revenue growth, expands market reach, and ensures the delivery of high-value, tailored solutions through strategic alliances. The Head of Channel blends advanced partnership development, cross-functional influence, talent development, and operational excellence, and is recognized as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders. This leader partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize channel value and advocates for partner needs at the highest levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Set and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the channel function, fully aligned with Socure’s business objectives and market trends.
  • Build and manage a high-value, diverse partner ecosystem (resellers, technology partners, system integrators, etc.), developing and executing channel strategies that drive joint revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, anticipating market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Ensure the channel team delivers high-value, tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for Socure and its partners.
  • Partner with executive leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on priorities and maximize channel value.
  • Advocate for the partner at the executive level, influencing product strategy and organizational decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior partner and internal stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration across all business units to deliver seamless, high-impact partner and customer experiences.
  • Establish and enforce standards for channel program quality, partner enablement, and revenue attainment at scale.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Champion the adoption of new tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance team effectiveness and partner impact.
  • Lead the function through organizational change, managing resistance and ensuring successful adoption.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse channel leadership team; foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and develop future leaders, supporting succession planning and talent pipeline growth.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large, diverse teams and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that drive significant revenue growth and market expansion, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or identity verification industries.
  • Deep expertise in channel strategy, partner ecosystem development, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and strategic thinking skills; able to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading teams through organizational change and driving adoption of new tools, processes, and methodologies.
