The Position
We are looking for a Head of Business Operations to join our leadership team and play a critical role in driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the business.
This role will act as a central coordination point for several key departments: Delivery, Talent, Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Finance. The Head of Business Operations will help translate business development goals into clear operating plans, ensure cross-functional execution of OKRs, and design, implement, and continuously improve the processes that enable scalable growth.
