As Southcentral Foundation continues to grow, we're expanding our Human Resources team with leaders who are passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience. As the Manager of Employee Wellness, you'll lead innovative wellness and recognition programs that help employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.
Hiring Range: $87,921.60 to $117,235.73
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager of Employee Experience is responsible for the strategy, budget, and performance of SCF's wellness and recognition programs. This position provides direct oversight of the Employee Wellness Coordinator and Employee Recognition Coordinator. This role sets program direction based on organizational needs, data, manages vendor and committee relationships at the strategic level, resolves escalated issues, and reports outcomes of the programs. The Manager of Employee Experience ensures the wellness and recognition functions operate as an efficient and effective part of the employee experience.
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:
1. Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years professional HR experience OR demonstrated proficiency as an Employee Recognition Coordinator, Employee Wellness Coordinator, managing or developing health education programs, or similar position managing programs or projects.
Alaska Native/American Indian Preference in Employment
