Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader for the role of Head Trainer at Alloy Personal Training Daybreak (South Jordan). Our ownership group is looking to add a team member interested in the opportunity to grow with us in the community as we continue to expand as an organization.

Alloy Personal Training was started in 1992 in Atlanta, GA and has been at the forefront of the fitness industry by consistently maintaining elite science-based training protocols focused on personal training done in small groups. Alloy has also transitioned from that original studio into one of the fastest growing organizations with over 80 studios currently operating across the United States and another 250+ in some stage of development. Our programming is tested in real facilities, created by degreed exercise physiologists, physical therapists, registered dietitians and other behavioral specialists. We build our teams with driven, fun loving, and dedicated fitness professionals looking to apply their knowledge and education in a more enjoyable training environment. Apply to Alloy if you want to be a part of the best and find out what makes us different!

The Head Trainer will focus 75% of their time on providing first class personal training, with the other 25% spent assisting the Director of Training with member retention, growing membership, team development, and managing the daily business functions.

How you'll thrive:

Our personal training studios provide a smaller, more intimate setting that reach success by developing personal relationships and a strong sense of community with our members. Our objective is to enroll a smaller number of members and help them achieve their health and fitness goals, while simultaneously creating an environment they truly love being a part of. The Head Trainer will be an instrumental part of helping us build that fun, welcoming environment inside the studios while they serve as the catalyst for membership sales and team development. Our most successful Head Trainers have a servant leader mindset with their team and their members, and even though it sounds cliché, they truly want to help people! We believe that if you focus your efforts on helping others achieve their goals, your success will follow. That means no task or responsibility is beneath us, we do what needs to be done!

Goals & Responsibilities:

· Be a leader and critical thinker. Solve problems that affect club sales performance and the members’ satisfaction.

· Oversee internal and external marketing activities, including maintaining Social Media presence and monitoring local digital marketing campaigns.

· Help recruit and train new employees.

· Create content for club Facebook and Instagram posts

Qualifications & Requirements:

· BS in Kinesiology or Exercise Science preferred

· Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff
