Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an Experienced Leasing Professional to join our team at Sonoma Grande Apartments, a 336-unit apartment community in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping people find their next home, and delivering an exceptional leasing experience from the first interaction through move-in. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy exceeding goals while providing outstanding service, we'd love to meet you.
What You Will Do
  • Welcome and engage prospective residents, visitors, and callers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects and residents by providing exceptional customer service
  • Conduct apartment tours and present the community and available homes with confidence and professionalism
  • Discover each prospect's needs, overcome objections, and successfully lease apartment homes
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and residents to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Prepare, obtain, and maintain lease documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software to manage leasing activity and resident information
  • Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional leasing office
  • Work a schedule that includes every Saturday and several weekdays
