Job description

Houston Country Club (HCC) is seeking friendly and experienced American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards for our outdoor pool that will be open from April - October; with additional employment opportunities throughout the year. HCC operates a supportive work environment with full-time and part-time hours, provides meals, work incentives and bonuses, uniform and certification assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Must have a Happy, Positive, Energetic, Outgoing, Passionate, Helpful, and Fun Loving Attitude
  • Implement and execute pool safety in and around the pool
  • Attend Mandatory Weekly In-services
  • Assist Opening and Closing Procedures
  • Assist swimming instructors, swim team, pool members, pool parties, and other activities.
  • Adheres to all pool safety standards, including safety procedures for adverse weather conditions..
  • Perform other duties as prescribed by management.
  • Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
Requirements
Job Type: Seasonal Part-time or Full-time between 20-30 hours a week, with the option of up to 40 hours
Schedule:
  • 4-6 hour shift
  • Morning and Evening shift | Flexible Schedule
  • Tuesday to Sunday, off on Mondays
  • 9am to 3pm, 3pm to 9pm

Final candidates subject to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
