JOB DESCRIPTION: F45 Bothell Trainer

Full Time & Part Time Opportunities Available

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Trainers to join our F45 Bothell Team!

As an F45 Trainer you play a vital role within our team, to coach classes, work with an awesome team of personal trainers, and deliver the F45 experience to our community. You will work closely with our leadership team to help current members with their health & fitness goals, and welcome new members thrive.

The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills, is able to overcome objections, and have a willingness to grow and foster a fun and professional membership culture.

This is an onsite position. With majority of time will be spent leading training sessions for all fitness levels from beginner to elite athletes and creating a greater sense of community in the studio that delivers results and high membership satisfaction. Each of our trainers also act as Brand Ambassadors for our Studio, where you may also have opportunities to be paid to attend external events, athletic events, park class sessions for members locally, and networking events to increase brand awareness and drive member retention.

Reports to: Head Trainer

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior in accordance with F45 Training policies and standards

· Work closely with the Management team to ensure classes are facilitated at the highest level

· Collaborate with Management team & owners to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly goals

· Assist in studio protocols to remain impeccably maintained

· Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged

· Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed

· Participate in the safe operation of the studio including compliance with all safety regulations, proper use of equipment and personal protection equipment, timely reporting of incidents of injury, and participation in regular safety training and inspections

· Foster a clean, organized, energetic, and fun studio environment

· Assist the team to perform fitness consultations

· Lead by example in living a healthy lifestyle

· Assist in creating a fun, safe, healthy and community-focused studio culture that delivers high member satisfaction

· Assist in completing fitness appraisals and pre-exercise screening

· Prepare and engage in every class to ensure the safety of your participants in regard to heart rate, exercise technique, posture, and joint stability when performing resistance training

· Maintain working and practical knowledge of physiology and exercise technique to demonstrate, correct, and assist with regressions and progressions of all exercises

Qualifications:

· Preferred 1+ years of Personal Training Experience

· Preferred 1+ years of experience in Group Training preferred

· Required NASM, ACE, NSCS, or other relevant fitness certification

· Preferred Current First Aid and CPR certification

· A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry

· Energetic, strong, passionate, and supportive attitude

· Excellent people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results

· High level of emotional intelligence and people skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and drive member retention
