Job description

Cafe Luxembourg is looking for a new Head Reservationist to work full time Monday through Friday.
Seeking presentable, well-spoken host/hostess.
Open Table experience is required in addition to at least 5 years working in the restaurant industry as a host/reservationist.
Immediate availability to start training is a must.
Availability during weekdays is required in addition to availability during most of the winter holidays


Willingness to pick up other shifts in emergency situations is a plus - looking for a team-member.
Responsibilities include:
Confirming future reservations and keeping an eye on potential overbooking for future reservations.
Keeping track and utilizing our wait list for future reservations.
Learning the names and faces of our valued regulars
Welcoming and informing guests with the MD's direction
Seating guests
