Becca Mediterranean Steakhouse is seeking an experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Maître D’ to join our growing fine dining team. We are looking for someone who understands luxury service, guest relations, and high-end restaurant operations, while creating a warm and elevated dining experience for every guest.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Maître D’, Head Host, or Front-of-House leader in a fine dining restaurant
Experience in kosher establishments preferred
Strong understanding of upscale hospitality and guest service standards
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to manage reservations, seating flow, VIP guests, and special events
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be willing to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with reservation systems such as Resy/OpenTable preferred
Responsibilities
