Head Coach - Girls Soccer for the 2026-2027 season for Valley High School, Gilcrest, CO.
Salary stipend is based on experience.  Background check required.

The Valley High School Head Coach - Girls Soccer is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the school's soccer program, including developing student-athletes' skills, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship, and promoting a positive, competitive culture aligned with our Athletic Department values of integrity, accountability, commitment, and discipline. The head coach plans and conducts practices, oversees meet preparation and strategy, supervises assistant coaches, and ensures compliance with school, district, and CHSAA policies/bylaws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supporting academic success, modeling strong character and leadership, promoting athlete safety and well-being, organizing offseason development opportunities, scheduling transportation, leading fundraising efforts, overseeing the program budget, maintaining a yearly inventory, and building positive relationships with students, families, staff, and the community. The Head Coach also assists with program promotion, player development at all levels, and the long-term growth and sustainability of the program. Previous high school head coaching experience is encouraged but not a requirement.
