OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:
  • Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
  • Help members set and achieve goals
  • Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
  • Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
  • Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
Requirements
  • No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. 
  • We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
