Now Hiring: Girl's Gymnastics Head Coachย 
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Schedule: approximately 25 hours (Must be available evenings, weekends, and travel to gymnastics meets)

Are you passionate about gymnastics, athlete development, leadership, and building an incredible team culture? Win Kids is looking for a motivated, energetic, and experienced Gymnastics Team Director to lead and grow our competitive gymnastics program!
About the Role:
As our Gymnastics Team Head Coach, you will oversee the development and success of our competitive gymnastics program, including Xcel and/or USAG levels, while supporting recreational gymnastics growth and coach development.
This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a positive athlete experience, mentoring coaches, communicating with families, and building strong, successful programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee competitive gymnastics team programs (Xcel and/or USAG)
  • Coach team athletes and assist with recreational programming as needed
  • Develop practice plans, athlete progressions, and seasonal goals
  • Mentor, train, and support coaching staff
  • Communicate professionally with parents regarding athlete progress, expectations, and team information
  • Assist with team operations including scheduling, evaluations, choreography coordination, meet preparation, and program growth
  • Attend weekend competitions/meets and travel as required
  • Maintain a fun, positive, safe, and high-energy culture for athletes and families
Qualifications:
  • Prior coaching experience with competitive Xcel and/or compulsory/optional gymnastics programs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of gymnastics safety, drills, skill progressions, and athlete development
  • Strong communication skills with athletes, parents, and staff
  • Reliable, organized, professional, and growth-minded
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends and attend competitions/meets
