Crane High School is Hiring a Head Baseball Coach!
Crane R-III School District is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and student-centered individual to serve as the Head High School Baseball Coach.
We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building a competitive program that emphasizes character, sportsmanship, and academic success.
Responsibilities include:
  • Planning and directing all aspects of the high school baseball program.
  • Developing players' skills and promoting teamwork, discipline, and accountability.
  • Organizing practices, game preparation, and offseason development.
  • Working collaboratively with school administration, coaches, parents, and the community.
  • Maintaining compliance with all school district and MSHSAA regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous coaching experience is preferred
  • Must meet all district and MSHSAA coaching requirements.
