Description

RUBICON TECHNICAL SERVICES is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in the Facilities Services industry. This is a full-time, entry-level position that operates on a remote basis, with a home base in Kennesaw. If you are eager to launch your project management career and work on meaningful technical initiatives within facilities operations, this role is the perfect opportunity.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that improve and maintain our clients' facilities and technical infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's quality standards. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing directly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a supportive team, and includes a competitive annual salary range of $104,900 to $145,000, based on experience and qualifications. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow your career in technical project management within the facilities services sector, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide status updates.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans and reports.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through on next steps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, suggesting adjustments when needed.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of project-related information and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Interest in the facilities services industry and technical projects.
