You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact commercial and industrial electrical solutions across dynamic field environments. This role grants you the creative freedom to adapt on site, lead skilled crews, and directly influence project success for key clients.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex commercial, industrial, and government electrical systems.
  • Lead and guide field crews on site to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

  • Apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and strict safety protocols across all project sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of directing field crews.
  • Demonstrated safety record on high-stakes job sites.
  • Adaptability to work across diverse project environments with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time for project assignments outside the local area.
  • Experience wiring switchgear and running/installing electrical conduit (pipe).
  • Must have a clean MVR (3 years) and Background (7 years)


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification.
  • Hold an Electrical Journeyman designation.
  • 10+ years of dedicated commercial or industrial field experience.
  • Experience with government or federal electrical project scopes.
  • CDL
  • Experience performing exterior electrical work, including duct bank installation and related underground work, and site lighting 
  • Experience operating heavy machinery 
  • Comfortable working at height
