POSITION SUMMARY


This is a unique dual-role opportunity combining responsibilities as both a Diagnostic Radiologist and Site Director at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, the primary site within a collaborative, multi-hospital system. The physician will maintain an active clinical practice while also providing on-site leadership, supporting operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, and workflow optimization.

  • Day shift with option for hybrid schedule
  • 10 weeks PTO
  • 12 weekends/year
  • $50K Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) + retention bonus
  • $25,000 annual stipend for Site Director responsibilities

This role is part of an integrated radiology practice supporting multiple facilities, including HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. The group operates under a unified model with shared worklists, enabling seamless collaboration, balanced workloads, and efficient management of volume across sites. The practice utilizes the Mosaic clinical platform, supporting streamlined workflow and connectivity across the network.


LOCAL PRACTICE & COMMUNITY OVERVIEW


HCA Florida Healthcare serves the Treasure Coast through an interconnected network including HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Highlands Hospital.

As the primary practice location, Lawnwood is a 398-bed teaching hospital and a major referral center for the region, featuring a high-volume emergency department and comprehensive clinical services. Located along Florida's Treasure Coast, Fort Pierce offers coastal living, a vibrant downtown, and convenient access to larger metros like Miami.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • FL license or ability to obtain a Florida license

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $500,000-$525,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
