Job description

We are seeking a versatile and creative Social Media & Public Relations Coordinator to help amplify Nacelle's digital presence and brand voice. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our social content, from graphic design and video editing, to community management and paid ads. The ideal candidate is a proactive mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who has a deep knowledge of the social media landscape, trends, influencers in the space, etc. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Production & Asset Creation: Design graphics and promotional materials using Photoshop.
  • Video Editing: Cut, edit, and assemble short- and long-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and dedicated YouTube clips. (Adobe premiere experience is preferred)
  • Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and oversee day-to-day posts across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Community Management: Monitor channels, engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
  • Paid Campaigns: Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring social media ad creative and copy.
  • PR & Communications Support: Help draft press releases, media pitches, and public relations announcements as needed.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics across organic and paid channels to optimize content performance.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro). 
  • Demonstrated portfolio of visual content, short-form video, and YouTube edits. 
  • Solid copywriting skills for social captions, ad copy, and PR drafting. 
  • Familiarity with social media and YouTube management tools.


HOURLY RANGE:

$22 - $23 per hour


WORK LOCATION:

This is an on-site position. Candidates must be able to work from our Burbank office during scheduled work hours (9AM – 6PM).
