About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, safety-driven Boom Truck Driver/Operator to join our growing team in North Texas. In this role, you'll safely transport, load, unload, and operate boom truck equipment in support of heavy civil construction projects while ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

What You'll Do
    • Perform daily DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
    • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload light equipment, materials, attachments, and implements.
    • Operate boom truck equipment safely and efficiently in various construction site conditions.
    • Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
    • Assist with routine truck, trailer, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
    • Partner with field crews, supervisors, and project teams to support project goals and schedules.
    • Ensure safe and efficient transportation and handling of construction materials and equipment.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and equipment utilization.
    • Support heavy civil construction projects across diverse site conditions, locations, and work schedules.
    • Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Position Requirements
What You Bring
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • 3+ years of boom truck driving and operating experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
    • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
    • NCCCO certification or OSHA-approved crane operator certification required.
    • Current DOT medical certification, with the ability to maintain DOT qualification requirements.
    • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, load securement practices, and safe equipment operation.
    • Experience supporting heavy highway, urban infrastructure, or industrial construction projects preferred.
    • Ability to work safely in all weather and seasonal conditions.
    • Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
