Job description

As an Irrigation Technician, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure our clients’ landscapes thrive. Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently perform all irrigation technician duties on assigned projects
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair existing irrigation systems as needed
  • Install new irrigation systems, including all components from the initial point of connection to spray nozzles and timer clock wiring
  • Accurately complete and submit time and material tracking paperwork after each project
  • Follow assigned work schedules and project specifications
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards
  • Assist with shop duties such as sweeping, organizing, and cleaning as needed
  • Properly care for and maintain equipment, including safe handling and correct oil and gas mixture
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in irrigation or related plumbing work
  • Ability to operate equipment and drive vehicles with trailers or other small equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Capable of bending, squatting, kneeling, and performing physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours
