MLB & Associates is seeking a hauling dispatcher for our client, a fast-growing logistics and transportation company specializing in hauling services for construction, landscaping, or general freight. They are committed to delivering reliable and efficient services to our clients while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Hauling Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule hauling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for dispatching drivers, managing routes, communicating with clients and ๏ฌeld teams, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Responsibilities:
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate job sites or pick-up/drop-of locations
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, text, and dispatch software
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Monitor driver locations and job status using GPS tracking systems
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Adjust routes in real time due to delays, weather, or customer changes
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Maintain accurate records of daily operations, driver logs, and service documentation
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Ensure compliance with DOT and company regulations
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Handle service requests, emergencies, and driver issues promptly and professionally

Quali๏ฌcations:
