Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with care

  • Verify orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy and presentation

  • Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff regarding orders, delays, or special requests

  • Assist with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting tables as needed

  • Support servers and bartenders during busy service periods to ensure timely guest service

  • Assist with takeout orders, guest requests, and front-of-house support as needed

  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

  • Communicate effectively with servers, bar, kitchen, support staff and management to ensure smooth service

  • Uphold Harvests brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies

  • Assist with opening and closing duties and other side work

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
