Job description

Ready to join a practice with a full schedule of in-house referrals? We are hiring an Endodontist to join a multi location practice in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time with great income potential for a quality Endodontist!

Our ideal Endodontist will provide excellent endodontic treatment while working seamlessly with the patient and staff. Candidate should be comfortable running and providing patient care as the solo doctor. As a member of our team, you will enjoy an established referral base along with a full staff and equipment. The earning potential is great for a skilled, hard working Endodontist. With plenty of volume, our new associate should expect a full schedule on day 1.

Here are some key features to consider about this position:

  • 1099 45% collections, W2 40% collections
  • High earning patient volume (up to 8 surgeries and 8 consults per day)
  • Full slate of in-house referrals
  • Open to guaranteed base for first 6 months
  • Multi-location general dentistry practice around Tampa (will work in multiple offices, only 1 per/day)
  • Out of network with all insurances
Why should you consider an Endo opening with a general dentistry in Tampa?

Tampaโ€™s metro area exceeds 3 million residents and continues steady population growth, driving consistent need for specialized root canal therapy, retreatment, and endodontic surgery โ€“ amplified by Floridaโ€™s severe dental professional shortages, where 65 of 67 counties face access issues and millions live in dental deserts. Joining a general practice enables seamless internal referrals, collaborative patient care, higher procedure volume from an established base, shared resources, and potential for mentorship or long-term partnership in a supportive environment. The cityโ€™s vibrant coastal lifestyle, with year-round warm weather, beaches, outdoor activities, cultural attractions, and easy access to nearby destinations, makes it an ideal place to advance an endodontics career while enjoying exceptional quality of life.

If you are currently OR will become a licensed Endodontist and this opportunity sounds like what you have been looking for, contact Blake Harris to discuss confidentially.
