Responsibilities

  • This is a senior level clerical position.
  • Duties may include but not limited to daily coordination of production and revenue accounting. Facilitates the flow of information both production and A/P functions within the Field or Region office. Answers and routes all incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Prepares correspondence, copies and reports for Region or Field personnel as required.
  • Knowledgeable of prices for office supplies and travel services available within the area.
  • Files information in the well and field files in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Occasional special projects assisting professional staff as required.
  • File scanning and digitization.
  • May include other duties not listed herein

Qualifications

  • High School education or G.E.D.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years prior experience preferred.
  • Superior typing and computer skills.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • High attention to accurate input on all reporting.
