We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Harmony United, specializing in providing remote psychotherapy services. This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining meaningful connections with patients through virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients' needs, strengths, and support systems, enabling effective treatment planning.
• Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals in collaboration with your patients, tailoring approaches to their unique circumstances.
• Establish rapport and trust with patients, providing advocacy and support to help them navigate their challenges.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist patients in addressing their issues and building coping strategies.
• Coordinate services with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and recommend additional resources when needed.

Your primary focus will be on adult patients, including those with chronic mental health issues and those navigating end-of-life concerns. You will work closely with individuals to address their emotional needs, providing them with the tools to manage stress and mental health challenges effectively.

• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing unsupervised psychotherapy treatment and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• A strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and clinical standards in mental health practices.

• Prior experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various psychosocial challenges.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and professional development opportunities.
